2.4 Our Enquiry Form

When you send us an enquiry through the form on our contact page, we collect the details you enter (name, email address, optional phone number and company, the type of enquiry and your message) together with a record of the consent wording you agreed to and the time you submitted it.

• We use these details to respond to your enquiry. You must tick the consent box for the form to be sent.
• We send you news and offers only if you tick the separate, optional marketing box. Every marketing message carries an opt-out, and you can also ask us to stop at any time.
• The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is submitting it. Cloudflare may process your IP address and browser details for this.
• Enquiries are stored in our client management system and notification and confirmation emails are sent through our email delivery provider, Mailjet. These providers may process data outside South Africa.
